The mechanic was very knowledgeable and efficient. Even though he was under staffed, he was not rushed. It was actually one of the few times that I’ve seen a mechanic use a torque wrench (as opposed to an impact gun) to tighten the lug nuts! Job well done and quickly! 4 tires installed and an alignment in less than an hour.

Brought new tires in to have mounted and balanced and alignment. Tires went good, alignment did not. They couldn’t straighten my steering wheel , claimed it was a computer issue. Went to Firestone, 15 mins it was done correctly. Firestone said the alignment wasn’t done properly and that they didn’t lock the steering wheel when it was done. I have 3 vehicles I brought to tire choice…. Not now

If I could leave a half of a star i would. They have a very dishonest staff. I went to get work done on my car . I was sent there be customer service representatives Princess. To get work done that the store on jales island refused to do. I went there and I. As told it would be $204 to but my part on. Well I got there and the service carrier Katelyn says I was being charged for work not done . Not just a fee but charged me the 204 dollars and all the mechanic did was take off my tire a d he never discounted the part that needed ro be removed. I was hurt appalled at that. . It was told I could take a uber home I live 45minutes away bit I was told that the mechanic had to leave to go home atc4:00 why schedule me a mechanic that didn't have time to do the work. I offered to take a Uber to go get the part needed Katelyn refused to allow me to do that I even called the the shop they were 7 minutes away. N but not to mention when I was told by this sale lady my part was wrong I took a Uber to get the right part just for them to tell me it wasn't wrong the mechanic just didnt kno. Good Choice for repair facility. Had rear brakes replaced. Also, facility did a battery check(very enlightening). Requested diagnostic a dashboard diagnostic light for ABS & traction control. Assumed it would have gone out after brakes replacement. Was told by manager to drive it so rear right passenger wheel rotates appropriately, "it should go out". Unfortunately, it did not and is still on. Will take another trip by to hopefully clear it. I enjoyed the staffs' friendliness, caring and responsiveness.

The worst experience I have ever had with a shop. Took them four hours to mount and balance four tires. Although I was told the wait time was supposed to be two hours . It shouldn’t take more than an hour to mount and balance four tires . There was no other cars there , the “mechanic “ they had installing the tires was on his phone and constantly walking away from the work 5-10 minutes at a time . He would remove a tire from rim, wait 5-10 minutes , mount the new tire , be gone for 5-10 minutes , then come back and balance the tire , then be gone in the back shone for 10 minutes . After all that the mechanic couldn’t find the key to my truck to back it off the lift . I ended up finding the key to my truck in the tailgate lock and found that there were trying to crank my truck with a key for a 2002 pick up that I own that was in the console . Gave the correct key that they forgot was in the tailgate to them so they could back my truck out . Furthermore online there advertised pricing was $26.99 per tire and they tried to charge me $215 .this was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had with any company in general in my life I will not be returning and I will be warni
